Overview

TaxMart provides tax preparation, business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and tax planning services locally in Marietta and virtually nationwide. It needed a professional site that ranks for local searches and turns visitors into consultations.

Challenge

Content changes needed a developer, enquiries had no central record, services were not separated into pages search engines could rank, and the site had to run on the firm's existing shared cPanel hosting.

Approach

We built a small custom MVC application so content, services and leads are managed without code, and planned the site structure around the searches clients actually make: one page per service, clear local signals and fast pages.

Solution

A PHP/MySQL site with dedicated pages for each tax service, virtual filing, resources, FAQs, a priority filing list and consultation requests, managed from an admin panel for settings, services and leads. Every page has its own title, description, social preview and clean URL.
