Yes. Sell a full strip or individual tablets. The loose price is calculated from the strip MRP and the remaining stock is updated automatically.

Yes. Every purchase is stored by batch with its own expiry date and MRP, the nearest expiry is offered first when billing, and expiry alerts show what needs attention.
Can I add old stock that isn't in the system while billing?
Yes. Enter the medicine, batch and expiry during billing without closing the invoice, and it is added to stock.
Does Deyva Med work without internet?
Yes. It runs on the shop's own computer, so billing continues during internet outages.
What discounts can I give?

Yes. Schedule H1, X and narcotic medicines ask for patient and doctor details at billing, and the Schedule H1 register report lists them by date, bill, batch and prescriber.
Can I import my distributor's purchase bill?
Yes. Load the distributor's Excel or CSV bill. Deyva Med reads the columns, batches, expiries and pack sizes, matches each line to a medicine, and fills the purchase entry for you to check before saving.
Does Deyva Med have loyalty points and refill reminders?
Yes. Customers earn points on their purchases and can redeem them within limits you set. Regular customers can have their own discount, and refill reminders list customers who are due, with a one-tap WhatsApp message.
Does it suggest substitutes when a medicine is out of stock?
Yes. It shows medicines with the same composition that are in stock, or adds the item to the short book for the next order.
Can Deyva Med handle more than one shop or a godown?
Yes. Stock moves between branches and the godown through secure transfer files, and head office can compare each branch's sales and stock. Each shop keeps billing offline.
Does it work with GST and Tally?
Yes. Bills carry HSN codes and GST, the GST reports are ready for your accountant, and sales and purchases can be exported for Tally.
Where do you provide Deyva Med?
Our team is in Rasipuram, Tamil Nadu. We install and support Deyva Med for medical shops across Tamil Nadu and the rest of India, with remote installation and training where a visit isn't practical.
