Overview

2minsHTML is an AI frontend reconstruction platform. Users upload a design in one of six formats and download a complete, host-ready ZIP with semantic HTML, responsive CSS and assets.

Challenge

AI output had to be accurate and complete for long, complex designs without being cut short, payments had to be verified securely on the server, and each user's conversion quota had to stay correct across free credits and paid packs.

Approach

We treated the product as three systems that each had to be reliable: the AI conversion pipeline, the account and payment layer, and the marketing site that brings users in. Each was hardened and improved in turn.

Solution

A PHP SaaS with a multi-pass AI conversion pipeline, live preview and ZIP export, an email mode with a zone editor for Gmail and Outlook-safe templates, Razorpay payments with server-side verification and webhooks, conversion packs, a superadmin dashboard and SEO landing pages for each conversion type.
