Allgood Depot supplies windows, doors, flooring and building materials to contractors, builders, remodelers and property owners across the Atlanta area. The business wanted its full catalogue online with real ordering, contractor pricing and quote requests, not just a brochure site.

The original catalogue was a flat list of roughly 450 product rows. The same door existed as dozens of near-identical rows, one per size and finish, which made the catalogue hard to browse and hard to maintain. Checkout, tax and pricing also had to work for both retail customers and trade accounts.

We restructured the catalogue before touching the design. Products became families, each family holds its variants, and each variant holds its available sizes. With that model in place, the storefront, configurator, quote tools and admin all read from one source of truth.

A custom PHP storefront with category landing pages, a product configurator that finds the exact variant as customers choose size and options, Stripe card checkout and an order-by-WhatsApp path with Georgia sales tax. Contractors can apply for trade accounts, request itemised bulk quotes or send a floor plan for pricing. Staff manage everything from a custom admin panel.

The redesigned store is live at allgooddepot.com. The client approved the new layout for all visitors and now sends customers to the site to browse, configure and order.
