Overview
Here For U Healthcare provides in-home skilled nursing and personal care for medically fragile children across Georgia through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). Families and referring professionals need to understand eligibility quickly and get in touch easily.
Challenge
The agency's previous site was a hosted page builder with little control. Families needed clear answers about GAPP and costs, referrers needed a direct path, and the team needed to update pages, services and details themselves.
Approach
We rebuilt the site in PHP with a custom admin, organised it around the questions families ask, and supported it with digital marketing to reach families and referrers.
Solution
A website with service pages, GAPP program and eligibility information, a referral portal, care request and appointment forms, careers with employment applications, blog and news, testimonials, resources and FAQs, and WhatsApp chat, all managed from a custom admin panel for menus, pages and site details.
