We have seen requests from individuals who want to create AI-generated face videos claiming to represent businesses that don't exist, or create content for personal purposes disguised as commercial work.
We will not be used for those purposes. Every client must verify their business before production begins. This protects you, protects your audience, and protects the integrity of our work.

Submit Your Brief
You share your brand, video requirements, target audience and intended use. We review the brief for alignment with our content policy before moving forward.
Business Verification
We request proof of your business — GST certificate, Trade Licence, company registration, or a verified social media business page. No proof, no production.
Content Review & Approval
Our team reviews the script and concept against this policy. Any content that risks misuse, defamation, or misinformation is flagged and either revised or declined.
Production Begins
Only after verification and content approval do we begin AI generation, voiceover, editing, and final production. You then review the draft before final delivery.
Watermarked Draft — Final Approval
We deliver a watermarked preview first. Final unwatermarked video is released only after you confirm the content is accurate and correctly represents your business.

Unverified Face Videos
Someone asks for a professional AI spokesperson video but cannot prove they own any business. We refuse — this content can be used to deceive or create false credibility.
Political Campaign Videos
Any request to create content supporting or opposing a political party, candidate, or government policy. We do not engage in political content creation of any kind.
Celebrity Deepfakes
Requests to place a celebrity's face, voice, or likeness in a video without verified consent. This is illegal in India under IT Act provisions and we refuse categorically.
Fake News / Misinformation
Any video presenting fabricated events, false statistics, or misleading claims as real news or facts. We verify all factual claims in scripts before production.
Adult or Suggestive Content
Any content with sexual themes, nudity, or content targeting adults that violates community standards. This applies regardless of how the request is framed.
Communal / Hate Content
Videos promoting or glorifying religious intolerance, caste discrimination, or community hatred. We produce content that unites — never divides.
Applicable Laws & Compliance
All videos produced by Deyva Infotech comply with Indian law and applicable international standards.
📜 Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
We comply with the IT Act and IT (Amendment) Act provisions prohibiting creation of obscene electronic records (Section 67), identity fraud, and content causing communal disharmony. All video content is evaluated against these provisions.
📜 Copyright Act, 1957
All scripts, music, visual assets, and voiceovers used in production are either original, licensed, or royalty-free. We do not reproduce copyrighted characters, brand identities, or third-party IP without authorisation. Clients warrant that their provided content does not infringe third-party rights.
📜 Representation of People Act (Election Content)
We strictly prohibit the use of our services for election campaign content, exit poll broadcasting, or any political propaganda that could influence voters. This applies to all political parties, candidates, and affiliated organisations.
📜 Consumer Protection & Advertising Standards
All promotional videos we produce must make truthful, verifiable claims. We will not create videos that make false promises, fabricate testimonials, use misleading before/after content, or violate the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines.
📜 Data Privacy & Consent
If your video includes the face, voice, or personal information of any individual — employee, spokesperson, or otherwise — you must provide written consent from that person before production. We do not generate AI faces of real people without explicit documented consent.

If you believe any video produced by Deyva Infotech violates this policy, or if you are aware of someone misusing our services, please report it immediately. We take every report seriously and investigate within 48 hours.
We may suspend delivery or recall content if a policy violation is confirmed after production. Client deposits are non-refundable if work was halted due to the client providing false information during verification.
